We help smart brands and retailers incentivize shoppers with cash rewards when they save up for both big and ongoing, smaller purchases. Accrue Savings is backed by a fantastic set of VCs and angels, and has a large number of early retailer customers, led by an experienced founder and operator with a growing team. We’re looking for curious, self-starters, who are determined to drive an idea from inception to market.

About the role‍

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are a highly motivated, high-energy, entrepreneurial professional with a desire to build the next great fintech company while driving the sales process forward with prospective retailers. You will work closely with our prospects to understand their business needs and customer needs and act as their trusted advisor. You understand the importance of being a team player and can collaborate with our marketing and product teams to help align our product roadmap and educate our retailers.

Job Requirements

What you'll do

• Establish a strong understanding to position yourself as an expert with respect to the Accrue Savings product and use cases
• Be a strong relationship builder using consultative selling methodology 
• Proactively do discovery with retailers to sell effectively and deliver key learnings back to the sales team and the product team
• Meet and exceed both monthly and quarterly goals by managing a large pipeline of enterprise leads across various stages of the sales process
• Create demand by uncovering business and marketing problems and matching them to our solution
• Having a deep understanding of the way various retail businesses operate both online and in store, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
  

What we’d love to see

• 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full cycle closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills with a minimum of 3 years experience selling to Enterprise sized businesses.
• Experience within a fintech or high-growth startup environment in an AE capacity
• Experience utilizing tools such as HubSpot & other sales engagement tools to track and maintain business leads and future deals
• Ability to develop and deliver tailored presentations to your prospective customers based on the listener at any level of an organization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills working with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to build valuable relationships -- “No” doesn’t scare you!
• You are self-motivated, hard working, and a true team player

Salary

The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City, is $240,000-280,000 (OTE- uncapped).

The range listed is just one component of Accrue's total compensation package; This role will receive a competitive salary + sales commission + benefits + equity. The salary range is for US-based employees located in the listed market. Other benefits include those listed above such as healthcare and 401 with 3% contribution.
